The founder of S A Shaikh & Associates, an advocate, Finance & Tax Consultant by profession with over 30 years of experience in the field of Income Tax, Goods & Service Tax (GST) and other indirect tax related issues. He is a former Banker having a degree from the Indian Institute of Bankers and has worked with Mumbai based Banks for over 20 years. His banking experience informs his work on finance-related matters.

He also undertakes liaison with public & private sector Banking and Non Banking Financial Institutes. He co-ordinates with individuals and corporations to meet their long term financial objectives by analyzing the client's status and setting programs to achieve their goals.

Holds a Master's Degree in Law (LL.M.); has worked with law firms and as a Lecturer at a law college in Mumbai. Combining legal expertise with academic insight, she brings a thorough understanding of legal documentation, statutory compliance, and taxation-related matters.

As an Associate with the firm, she is responsible for handling legal and tax-related documentation, assisting in compliance matters, and supporting the firm's taxation and advisory activities. Her blend of practical legal experience and academic knowledge adds value to the firm's commitment to providing professional, accurate, and reliable services to its clients.
